At Icon818, we specialize in digital products designed to educate, empower, and equip our customers with valuable tools and resources. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

📌 Digital Products Only

All products sold by Icon818 are digital and delivered electronically. This includes (but is not limited to) ebooks, templates, downloads, online trainings, and coaching materials. Because access is granted immediately after purchase, you are not eligible for a refund once the product is delivered. PERSONAL COACHING YOU CAN ACCESS A REFUND UP TO THREE DAYS after sale.

Please read all product details carefully before purchasing. Refunds will not be issued due to:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Lack of technical knowledge to use the product

Inability to download or open the file on your device

Misunderstanding of what’s included

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

Duplicate purchase of the same product

Confirmed technical failure on our end preventing access

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
